  • Absolutely not. New clients do not need to apply or submit a form to work with us. Please continue to our online booking system whether its your first visit or your fifth!

  • We’ve done our absolute best to include great descriptions of our sessions within our online booking menu. Under each session is it’s description and a short explanation of what it includes! If you need a little extra help, please give us a call or submit a contact form.

  • To keep our booking process as simple as possible, we ask that clients add a note to their booking to request an add on (for example, a root touch up with their dimensional session or a deep conditioner). Most often our stylists are able to accommodate a small add on! If time does not allow, they will reach out right away.

  • No worries! We got you. If we suspect something is booked incorrectly based on your description in the booking notes, we will reach out right away. If you suspect you made a mistake, you can either reschedule your session using the booking link, or reach out to us directly to sort things out!

  • We combine a thoughtful, client-centered approach with clear communication and reliable results. It’s not just what we do—it’s how we do it that sets us apart.

  • Appointments canceled within a 24 hour window are subject to a 50% charge to their card on file. No shows are subject to a 75% charge and may be banned from future booking to protect our teams time. However, we are empathetic humans and understand that life happens! We ask that clients reach out ASAP to avoid fees. It is always appreciated if a client is able to reschedule rather than cancel indefinitely. We want to make sure you are taken care of!

  • Not at all! Our motto is “Always appreciated but never expected”. We skip the tipping screen at checkout, and utilize a service called Tippy. Tippy is a client facing kiosk stationed conveniently at our desk sp clients may decide for themselves if they would like to include a gratuity. Our stylists also accept Venmo or cash. The team keeps 100% of your generosity.

  • We do not provide smoothing treatments such as Brazilian Blowouts or Keratin Complex.

    We do not do perms.

    We do not offer barber style cuts.

  • Our salon is proud to use only the best and safest professional products on our clients. We use R+Co Color as well as their styling products.

  • Client satisfaction is ALWAYS our number one priority. If we need to make an adjustment or correct a mistake, we will be more than happy to do so.
